In order to place an order at the website, you will need to select the products you would like to purchase, create an account or proceed as a guest, as well as insert your personal information.

Thereafter, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, being now official that WooleWood.com accepted your order. After the acceptance of the order, you will receive an e-mail informing you about delivery time and payment details. When we have received your payment, we start processing your order.

WooleWood.com is now obliged to deliver the product(s) listed in the order confirmation, fully demarcating of any product that may have been part of the placed order but was not billed, and therefore your payment will be returned.

When you place an order through WooleWood.com, make sure that you are eligible to make a purchase as a “consumer” (an individual purchasing products outside the course of his or her business).

The website only contains products that are produced by WooleWood.com. However, this doesn’t mean that they will be available at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
