Orders & shipping

What’s the status of my order?

After placing your order you will receive our estimated delivery time which is depending on the product(s) you have ordered. If we are not in a position to process your order within this time frame, you will receive a notification by e-mail with further details how we would proceed. You will receive a delivery confirmation as soon as your order is ready to leave our warehouse. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation after the estimated delivery date, you can always reach out to us via e-mail and we will be happy to help!

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide. For orders above 10 kg and for orders outside Europe we will contact you about details and costs of shipping before processing your order. To know if we ship to a certain country, please proceed to checkout and select your country.

Can I change or update my order?

After having started to process your order, in most cases it’s not possible to change or update your order. You can however contact us and we will do our best to accommodate any changes before the order is packed for shipment. Please note however that this is not always possible.

Will I be charged duties and taxes?

Within the European Union, no duties or taxes will apply. For international shipments outside the European Union, there may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that these supplementary costs are the customer’s responsibility and are beyond our control. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Portugal. All orders can be picked up at our warehouse without any additional costs.

What kind of packaging do you use?

When you order from us you will receive your order packed savely and secure. We want to avoid plastic as much as possible in our whole operations.

When will my order arrive?

Depending on your location, it usually takes 1-3 days (within Portugal) or 3-10 days (outside Portugal) for an order to leave our warehouse and arrive to your address, depending on the chosen delivery method. In some cases you can track down your order with the tracking code provided by e-mail. 

Do you ship Express?

Currently we offer three delivery methods, depending on your location in the world: Express (Azul, Portugal only) or normal delivery or free pick up in our Portuguese local warehouse. In order to make sure which one applies to your country, please proceed to checkout and look for the shipping methods available.

What payments do you accept?

WooleWood.com uses not yet third-party payment processors to facilitate purchases made on the website. We only accept payments by banking transactions or by cash at local pick-up.
