What do I do if my product is faulty?

If you received a faulty product, please send us an image through email stating your order number and we will be happy to help you replace the product.

How many days do I have to return an item?

We normally don’t accept product exchange or return but we are happy to receive your request within 8 days of the product’s reception date.

Does location impact refunds?

If you are from outside European Union, please keep in mind we don’t accept any product exchange or return, considering that extra import duties, customs and local sales taxes will apply.

How do you handle incorrect items?

In case of an inaccurate delivery, delivery of the wrong item, wrong size or wrong quantity, WooleWood.com corrects the delivery without any costs.

What’s your return policy?

We offer you a refund or an exchange in case your products got damaged during transportation, excluding the delivery costs.

What if my order got lost?

If your order got lost on the way, please let us know as soon as possible so we can file a complaint with the carrier and provide you a solution in a 30 days window.

Can I exchange something for a different product?

If you have changed your mind and want to exchange what you bought for a different product, you can ask us for an exchange. All products must be in an unused condition and in their original packaging. For exchanges, we will ask you to cover the delivery costs.

If you’ve received a gift and want to exchange it for a different product, you can ask us for an exchange with the original order number and email address. For exchanges, we will ask you to cover the delivery costs.
